This company and all the workers were prompt, professional and efficient. They arrived on time and efficiently choreographed the placement of the debri dumpster and materials then made quick work of tearing off the old roof and applying the new. It always feels like a risk when hiring a company to work on the house. All I can say is Scott and the guys did a great job and take pride in the job they do. You'll be happy you hired them. Donna S. Impressive Homes went out of their way, during their busy schedule, to come out assess the problem and quickly fix it, saving us from having major damage in the near future. Quote was quick and competitive. Once the job was scheduled the delivery of material and dumpster was neat, timely and convenient. The crew showed early the day scheduled and began the days hard work by laying tarps to protect landscaping, deck and outdoor equipment. They were polite, efficient, hard working and extremely neat. They had guys picking up debris all day long. Sometime during the day a window screen was damaged as can easily happen with a demolition of this magnitude. When brought to the owners attention he immediately took the screen for repair. He insisted on repairing the adjacent screen (undamaged) to insure the two screens matched. Had wind damage the flashing on the chimney. Called Scott, he was able to stop by before rain storm and repaired the problem at a very reasonable price. Also asked if he could inspect the 30 year old roof , very honest and said it had a few good years left, didn’t try to sell me a roof I didn’t need. -Rick (Bristol)
